Last updated: July 20, 2026 | Version 1.1
CAUTION: BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, CREATING AN ACCOUNT, ACCESSING AN INVITATION LINK (DEEP LINK), INTERACTING WITH THE GUEST WEB PORTAL, OR USING ANY FUNCTIONALITY OF EVENTIA, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND UNCONDITIONALLY AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THEIR ENTIRETY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY CLAUSE, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY REFRAIN FROM USING THE PLATFORM.
1. AGE RESTRICTIONS AND LEGAL CAPACITY
The Platform is not directed at children under 13 years of age. To create an account and act as an Owner or Organizer (roles with access to the financial module and in-app payments), the User must be at least eighteen (18) years old or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
Accounts for Minors (E.g. Sweet 16s): Eventia prohibits the autonomous creation of accounts by minors. If the event requires a minor to access the platform (Client/Honoree role), the parents, legal guardians, or the Professional Organizer assume the absolute contractual responsibility to create the account, manage its credentials, provide explicit consent for the processing of their data under legal guardianship, and answer for any action taken from said account.
2. NATURE OF THE SERVICE AND B2B2C ECOSYSTEM
Eventia is an integrated Software as a Service (SaaS) platform with an Offline-First architecture, designed for the planning, organization, multi-currency financial control, Artificial Intelligence (AI) assistance, and logistics coordination of social and corporate events.
Eventia's ecosystem operates under a B2B2C (Business-to-Business-to-Consumer) model connecting three main actors:
- Professionals and Organizers (B2B): Wedding Planners, Event Planners, and agencies.
- Owners and Clients (B2C): Hosts, couples, or corporations.
- Guests and Attendees (Consumer/RSVP): End users interacting with the web portal and QR codes.
3. ROLE AND PERMISSION SYSTEM
The Platform implements a Multi-tenant architecture with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC):
- Owner: Absolute control of the event. Can invite/revoke Organizers, permanently delete the event, subscribe to the Premium plan, and has full authority over the budget.
- Planner: Executive read and write permissions. Management of vendors, schedules, and tasks. Cannot delete the event or remove the Owner.
- Client: Supervisory permissions, budget approval, and guest management.
- Staff: Restricted access to the event agenda and QR code scanning for check-in.
- Guest: Read-only mode and limited interaction (RSVP, menu, and gift registry).
4. ACCOUNT CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY
The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access data (Supabase Auth credentials) and for any activity in the event that occurs under their account. Eventia is not responsible for logistical alterations, data loss, or financial disputes derived from the voluntary sharing of credentials among members of an organizing team, clients, or third parties.
5. OFFLINE-FIRST ARCHITECTURE AND CLOUD SYNCHRONIZATION
Eventia is programmed under an "Offline-First" architecture. Actions performed without an internet connection are queued locally on the device.
Synchronization Warning and Liability: The User acknowledges and agrees that it is their exclusive responsibility to ensure the Application connects to the Internet to synchronize their data. If the User uninstalls the application, clears the system cache, or loses the device BEFORE establishing a successful connection with the servers (Supabase), the unsynchronized local data will be irretrievably lost. Eventia will not be held liable for the loss of information derived from these actions by the user.
6. FREEMIUM SUBSCRIPTION MODEL, BILLING AND REVENUECAT
Eventia operates under a Freemium commercial model managed via RevenueCat and the official app stores.
- Billing and Auto-Renewal: Upon subscribing to the Premium plan, the charge will be billed to the Apple ID or Google Account. The subscription renews automatically.
- Cancellation: The User must manage and cancel their subscriptions exclusively from the settings of the App Store or Google Play Store. Eventia does not have the technical ability to cancel subscriptions for you.
- Refunds: Charges and refunds are strictly governed by the policies of Apple and Google. Eventia does not process credit cards directly.
7. FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND EXCHANGE RATES
The Budget module allows for tracking accounts and assigning multi-currency transactions. For dynamic conversion, Eventia consumes third-party APIs (e.g., DolarApi.com). The User acknowledges that the displayed rates are strictly referential. Eventia assumes no liability for losses, imbalances, or disputes resulting from currency fluctuations during actual payments to vendors.
8. BANKING AND COLLECTION EXEMPTION IN SPLIT BILLS
Eventia is strictly a technological tool for accounting records. EVENTIA IS NOT A BANK, IS NOT A LENDER, NOR DOES IT OPERATE AS A PAYMENT GATEWAY OR MONEY TRANSMITTER.
The shared debt function (Split Bills) is organizational. Eventia does not act as a legal intermediary or collection agency in disputes between owners, organizers, or vendors. Real payments must be made outside the platform, at the users' own risk.
9. GENERATIVE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND VISION (AI & OCR)
Eventia integrates AI through external providers (DeepSeek API and Google Gemini 1.5 Flash) for automated analysis of quotes and suggestions.
- Probabilistic Nature ("Hallucinations"): AI may generate unrealistic suggestions or extract cost readings with typographical errors.
- Mandatory Audit: The User is legally obligated to manually review, verify, and validate each amount extracted by the OCR system or suggested by the AI chat before making budgetary decisions, signing contracts, or making payments to vendors in the real world.
10. USER RESPONSIBILITY OVER ENTERED DATA
The User is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of the logistical data they enter. Eventia will not be held liable for damages, emotional distress, loss of profit, or the ruin of an event derived from poor logistical planning based on erroneous dates, schedules, or contacts entered by users on the platform.
11. GUEST CONSENT (RSVP) AND INDEMNIFICATION CLAUSE (ANTI-SPAM)
When the Owner or Organizer uploads guest lists (phones/emails) and uses the Platform to send invitations (RSVP), they act as the Data Controller of such data.
Warranty and Indemnification: The Owner/Organizer guarantees to possess the prior, express, and verifiable consent of each person to store their data and send them communications through Eventia. The Owner/Organizer expressly agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold GMZ Studio harmless from all legal costs, fines, and damages if Eventia is sued for privacy violations (GDPR) or Anti-Spam laws due to the upload of illicit databases by the Organizer.
12. GUEST WEB PORTAL AND ANTI-SCRAPING
The guest web portal (eventia.app/rsvp/...) is accessed personally via unique links. The use or navigation of said portal implies the acceptance of these T&C. It is strictly prohibited for guests or third parties to use bots, scripts, or "scraping" techniques to massively extract the attendee list, itineraries, or personal data of other guests.
13. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES (GIFT REGISTRIES)
The "Gift Registry" module redirects to third-party services and stores (e.g., Amazon). GMZ Studio does not control nor assume liability for the content, privacy policies, failed transactions, scams, or commercial practices of these external sites.
14. DATA DELETION AND RETENTION (RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN)
The "Owner" of the event has control over the permanence of the information. Upon requesting the deletion of their account (Settings > Profile), Eventia will physically, definitively, and irreversibly purge their credentials, events, and associated logistical data from our servers, guaranteeing their right to be forgotten, barring transient technical requirements for security auditing.
15. INFRASTRUCTURE (SUBPROCESSORS) AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The User authorizes Eventia to use top-tier data processors (Supabase, Sentry, Vercel, Resend) strictly to provide the service. All source code, the graphical interface ("Liquid Glass"), and the trademark are the property of GMZ Studio.
16. GENERAL LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GMZ Studio, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for the cancellation of events in the real world, physical vendor defaults, weather conditions, indirect, incidental damages, or lost profits. Our maximum liability in the event of proven catastrophic failures of the Platform shall be strictly limited to the total amount paid by the User for Premium subscriptions to Eventia during the last twelve (12) months.
17. SUSPENSION, MODIFICATIONS, AND LEGISLATION
- Suspension: We reserve the right to delete accounts that violate these T&C, present fraudulent activity, or maintain prolonged absolute inactivity.
- Modifications: Eventia may update these terms. Material changes will require re-acceptance within the app (Click-wrap).
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: This contract shall be governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Disputes shall be resolved through binding and individual arbitration in Caracas, Miranda, with the User waiving their right to participate in class actions.
